Platinum Logic

Privacy Policy

This page explains how Platinum Logic collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform.

Platinum Logic is operated by PLATINUM LOGIC LLC, a U.S. company based in Texas.

Effective date: August 19, 2026.

We collect basic account information such as your name, email address, and organization when you sign up, along with the usage data required to operate the service, improve reliability, and prevent abuse. Where available, authentication is handled by trusted identity providers and our backend stores only the data needed to manage your account and audit access.

Your business data, including messages, documents, attachments, and drafts, is processed to provide the services you request, such as drafting quotes and invoices, organizing customer and job records, and generating follow-up reminders. This information is stored securely in our infrastructure. If you enable phone features, calls may be recorded and transcribed to generate summaries and action items. We will never sell your data. Access to these systems is limited to authorized personnel for operational and security purposes.

Google Workspace data we access. When you connect Gmail, Platinum Logic accesses your Gmail account address, message metadata, message and attachment content, thread information, and mailbox history needed to synchronize the inbox. We request read-only Gmail access for synchronization and Gmail send access for messages you choose to send through Platinum Logic.

How we use Google Workspace data. We use Gmail data to show customer conversations in your Platinum OS inbox and connect messages to customer and work records. New synchronized messages may automatically enter your account's AI-assisted workflow to prepare drafts, summaries, work suggestions, and safe internal records. Messages are sent only when you direct or approve them, or when your account policy delegates that send. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated product features.

How we store and protect Google Workspace data. Synchronized messages, derived business records and drafts, and OAuth connection credentials are stored in our service infrastructure. OAuth connection credentials are encrypted before storage, connections use encrypted network transport, and access is limited to authorized systems, personnel, and service providers that need the data to operate or secure the features you requested.

How we share Google Workspace data. We do not sell Google user data or disclose it to advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf when needed to provide hosting, security, support, and user-requested AI-assisted features, or when required by law. Those providers may use the data only to perform services for Platinum Logic.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion. We retain synchronized Google data only while your account or connection is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Disconnecting Gmail or revoking access in your Google Account stops new access but does not by itself delete data that was already synchronized. A signed-in account administrator can use Settings > Account > Data controls to review and permanently delete selected Platinum copies. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it unless retention is required by law or for security.

How to delete data. In Platinum OS, open Settings > Account > Data controls. Choose connected email accounts, individual Inbox conversations, or AI activity; review what will be deleted, affected, retained, or blocked; and confirm the exact scope. The original messages in Gmail are not changed. For account closure, access requests, a blocked selection, or help, email privacy@platinumlogic.ai from an address associated with your Platinum organization.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Platinum Logic's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace API data, whether raw or derived, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, maintain security, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

If you have questions about this policy or would like to request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at privacy@platinumlogic.ai.
